I bought these while pregnant because despite a healthy balanced diet and prenatal vitamins, I was waking up with charley horse calf cramps at night. On the days I remembered to take a packet, I never had an issue with charley horses; but if I forgot, I almost always got leg cramps. These are not easy to take as they don't fully dissolve and don't taste great. What I found to be the best way to consume them was to mix them with 4 oz or so of tart cherry juice and to stir continuously with a straw while drinking through the straw. Despite the taste & cumbersome consumption, I would still recommend as I am positive they made a difference!
